Refund & Returns Policy
At Heliosfire, we want you to be completely satisfied with your smokeless firepit. We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as your invoice, will be required.
If you would like to initiate a return, please contact us at sales@heliosfire.com Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receiving it. Should there be any issues such as damage, defects, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately at sales@heliosfire.com with photos detailing the issue. We will assist you in resolving the matter promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return. This could include certain items like firepit accessories.If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please reach out to us with your specific query.
Please note that sale items are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
If you need a different product, the quickest way is to return the original item (once accepted) and place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or card provider to process the transaction.
