How does a smokeless firepit work?
Imagine a night by the fire without your clothes smelling like smoke the next day, or your lungs being clogged up by microscopic smoke particles. Believe it or not, it is possible using the Helios Fire advanced airflow technology. Don’t get me wrong – we love bonfires in nature as much as the next person, but there always seem to be a few unlucky people in the group who are the magnets for the smoke and have to keep moving around the circle. This is no longer a problem with the Helios Fire innovative technology.
- In addition to this increased burning intensity of the fuel – our system allows for the injection of secondary air at the top of the fire pit right before the exit of the firepit.
- As the flames begin, air heats and moves upwards through the metal cylinder, thus making space for more air to be injected underneath.
- The Helios Fire concept feeds airflow simultaneously at two points of the fire. Primary airflow comes beneath the base of the fire feeding the flames directly by the fuel source.
- This injection of fresh pre-heated oxygen right at the exit of the firepit allows any remaining not completely burnt gases to combust and be consumed by the flames, thus achieving a completely clean burn.
- Secondary air is transported through the hollow sides of the cylinder and injected through the holes beneath the ring.
Please note that our firepit needs some time to reach optimal combustion conditions. This means that the side air chamber needs to be pre-heated, therefore please allow around 10 minutes for reaching optimal clean burn. It is very important here to start the fire with lots of dry kindling and avoid adding bigger logs till the fire gets going.

Warranty Policy
We have a 5-year limited warranty on our smokeless firepits. Claims will only be approved if the following conditions are met:
- Your product was purchased from an authorized dealer
- The product was used as intended
- The product is in its original form (i.e. no modifications, part changes, etc. by the user)
Normal wear and tear due to use over a period of time is not covered by the warranty.
